Creating a new Email

Log into your "HostingCommand" Control Panel account at Happy using your
user name and password.

Now that you are logged in, Click on EMAIL >> Email Mailbox at the left of thge screen

Creating new email - Click on “Add New Mailbox”. In the next page you only need to:

  1. Enter the email address you want in the Email Address field.
  2. Choose a Password. The "Password strength" color represents how strong is your password.
  3. Quota; Determine the size of your mailbox in KB.
  4. Choose the type of the mailbox Spamfilter.
  5. Enable Receiving must be "ticked" if you wish to receive emails.
  6. You can disable IMAP and/or disable POP3.
  7. Once done, click save.


Editing an existing email account

In the Mail Manager page you will find all the emails created.

Click the mailbox that you want to modify.
Edit the information you need and then click "Save".


Checking Your Mail

Go to your Mail Address- which is usually webmail.yourdomainname.com.
Choose either Squirrel Mail or Round Cube Mail. In the next page you only need to:

  1. Enter the email address you want to check. Make sure it is the complete email address (like info@yourdomainname.com)
  2. Enter the Password.
  3. Click "Login"


Changing The Passowrd of Your Email

You can change your Email's password without logging into the control panel if you know the old password.

  1. Go to your Mail Address- which is usually webmail.yourdomainname.com.
  2. Click on the "Change Password" Icon.

  3. Enter the email address and make sure it is the complete email address (like test@yourdomainname.com)
  4. Enter the old Password of this email address.

  5. Enter the new password "Twice".
  6. Once done, click Submit.


Configuring your Email with Microsoft Outlook

  1. Tools>> Account Settings…>> Add New email account

  2. User Information
    Your name: any name you want
    Email Address: your full email address example: 123@YourDomain.com
  3. Server Information
    Account Type : POP3
    Incoming mail server (POP3):: webmail.YourDomain.com
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP):: webmail.YourDomain.com
  4. Login Information
    User name: this is your full email address ex: 123@YourDomain.com
    Password: your email password (note this is not your control panel password)
  5. Remember password
    If you want Outlook to remember your password always check this box.

  6. Logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
    Leave this option UNCHECKED
  7. Then go to More Settings…

  8. In the "Advanced" tab under the "Delivery" section, check "Leave a copy of messages on the server" if you want to keep your emails on the server. This is a good option for backup, but you have to make sure that your inbox does not exceed disk space limit because then you will not be able to receive emails.
  9. Finally Change the Outgoing Port Number (SMTP) to 587.
    Please note that this port works only if you are a Midmar Client.

  10. Now click on "Test Account Settings…" you have to pass all tests.
  11. Click next and Finish.
    Now to send and receive emails click on the Send/Receive button at the top menu.
